With a state election on the horizon, 2018 is shaping up to be a big year. And your help is needed to put climate change on the election agenda.

The federal government has abandoned its responsibility to tackle climate change. Now more than ever, we need Victoria to step up and fill the gap.

Over the last five years, Friends of the Earth has coordinated successful campaigns for a permanent ban on fracking and onshore gasfields, and secured ambitious Vic Renewable Energy Targets.

Yet more action is needed to rein in emissions and protect the community from climate impacts that are now unavoidable.

If we are to win again, we need passionate citizens like you to get involved. Join us on Tuesday 6 March to meet our friendly team, hear about our story so far, and find out what lies ahead in 2018.

No experience necessary - we welcome everyone who has a passion to act in any way they can. Don't forget to bring a few mates along too!
